I’m super excited to announce that White Labeling 2.0 is here!
With this new feature, you can now fully white label RocketForms with your own branding. This makes it easier for you to include RocketForms in your service as an upsell or a value-add.
Some of the key features of this release include:
- A customizable dashboard
- Your own domain
- Client access
- White labeled email notifications
- And more!
In this post, I’m going to show you how White Labeling works and how you can use it to generate more revenue for your agency.
Introducing Your Very Own Branded Dashboard
One of my favorite White Labeling features is the ability to customize your RocketForms Dashboard with your own branding.
Imagine that you own an Agency called HighMarkSEO.
After you set up White Labeling, your Dashboard can go from the standard Dashboard below:
To this — a completely branded dashboard.
To customize your Dashboard go to Your Account > Then Update Agency Settings:
With this release, you can customize the following:
- Sidebar color
- Sidebar link and icon color
- Dashboard logo
- Welcome message copy
Your Own Branded Login Page
In addition to a branded Dashboard, this latest release also includes a custom branded Login Page.
Simply upload a Login Page Logo within your account and the system will automatically apply it to your page.
This allows you to send your clients to a branded login page, rather than the default RocketForms page, so you can maintain a seamless brand experience — all while putting us deeper behind the scenes.
Send Clients to Your Very Own Branded URL (1-Click Setup)
Let’s take things up a notch!
Aside from branding your Dashboard and Login Page, you can also set up a custom URL with your domain.
For example, let’s continue with our fictitious company, HighMarkSEO.
Simply set the Dashboard domain to: highmarkseo.getrocketforms.com and Click Save.
Next, the RocketForms system will automatically create a custom domain for your brand.
No DNS to update or hoops to jump through, this happens with just one click.
Want to go a step further and remove “getrocketforms” from the domain completely?
Good news! This is possible too.
If you want the Dashboard to live on a domain like forms.yourdomain.com then we can set this up for you.
Simply reach out and let us know. Then we’ll send you a set of customized instructions.
Give Clients Access to Their Forms
We also built a whole sub-user account system that falls under your agency account. This means that you can invite your clients into your Dashboard so they can manage, edit, and even build their own forms.
After you finish customizing your Dashboard and setting up your custom domain, the next step is to start giving clients access to their own dashboard.
You can provide clients with Dashboard access by going to Clients > Add a Client > And completing the form below:
Clicking Save Account Info will automatically create an account for your client.
After a client account is created, your client will receive an email with link to your Branded Dashboard, like below:
You have full control over the subject line and body of the message.
After your client logs into the system, they will see all of the forms that are associated with their account.
Here’s an example of a client account for our fictitious SEO agency, HighMarkSEO.
It’s really important to note that while the client does have edit access to their forms, they cannot see or edit forms for any other client under your account. Each client has access to their forms only.
As the agency admin, you have full control to move and clone forms across client accounts.
Cloning Forms Between Clients
I’m going to quickly touch on this because it may end up saving you some time.
Let’s say that you have a bunch of clients in the same industry.
Rather than creating forms from scratch each time, you can simply clone a form for one client to another.
To clone a form between clients, go to the form that you want to clone and click “Clone” in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
This will open up a cloned version of the form.
Next, go to Settings > Profile Email, and choose the client account that you’d like to add this form to. Finally, click Save.
Just like that, you’ve cloned forms between accounts.
Branded Lead Notifications
The final thing to make note of is that you can brand (white label) your lead notification emails, so they come from you, not us.
You can view the white-labeled sender info by going to the Lead Delivery Tab then flipping the switch for Email White-Labeling to the “On” position.
You’ll see the subject line and the sender info. If you need to change the sender info, then please reach out to us because this requires some quick configurations on our backend.
Ways to Profit From White Labeling
The beauty of this new white-labeling feature is that it allows you to seamlessly integrate RocketForms into your service, so you can drive revenue and increase retention rates.
Here are a few quick ideas for how you can profit from RocketForms and this White Labeling Setup.
Upselling or Cross-selling RocketForms:
Since RocketForms is fully white-labeled, you can instantly add more revenue to your agency by upselling or cross-selling RocketForms to your clients.
With the way that our pricing is currently set, the cost per domain/client comes out to around $4.85 per domain/client per month. This leaves you with a ton of margin, so you can drive more revenue by selling the forms to clients. You can even charge clients with a one-time setup fee.
Add RocketForms as a Part of a CRO Service
If you provide conversion rate optimization or PPC services for clients, then it could make a ton of sense to include RocketForms as part of this service. How you end up including this tool into your pricing is completely up to you.
Include RocketForms as a Value-Add for Retention
Finally, if you don’t want to charge clients anything additional for RocketForms, then you can bundle it into your service as a value-add.
RocketForms will not only help you drive more conversions for clients, but each time a lead comes through a RocketForm with your branding, it’s a great reminder of the value that your agency is providing. Reinforcing your value as an agency can go a long way in helping you increase retention rates.
At the end of the day, the great thing is that how you choose to integrate RocketForms into your service is completely up to you.
Getting Started With White Labeling
We put a ton of work into this feature, so I really hope you love it!
There’s no extra charge for white-labeling (at the moment). Right now, my primary focus is making sure that this is in everyone’s hands and that it has all of the features that it needs.
Here’s how to get started.
If you’re an existing customer, then getting started with White Labeling is a matter of flipping a switch in your account.
To flip the switch go to your account area: https://go.getrocketforms.com/account
Then click on the Switch to Agency Account button:
From there, you’ll need to customize your agency dashboard settings and click Save.
Not Yet a Customer?
If you’re not yet a customer then the easiest way to get started is to sign up for an account. When you create your account make sure to choose “Agency” as your account type.
